Cox Ohio Publishing offers a variety of high-quality, four-color commercial printing options that are cost effective and provide one-stop service from design to execution. We also offer turnkey direct mail capabilities. We can target your message by geography, demographics or your custom list.

• Heidelberg SM-528P eight color perfector press prints 2-sided full color work in a single pass
• Heidelberg CP 2000 controls ensure accurate registration
• Heidelberg Axis Control Color Management System scans individual press sheets for optimal color quality

Web Offset Printing

• Three Colora 48” double width keyless presses
• Capable of printing full color for 80 page broadsheet or 112 page tab
• In-line Motter stitches and jaw folders

Bindery

• Standard Horizon booklet maker and stitcher trimmer
• Stahl B-20 buckle folder w/ right angle eight page unit
• Heidelberg/ Stahl WZF knife folding unit
• Polor fully automated paper cutter w/ Auto-Cut
• Challenge paper drill and Bostitch stitcher
• Heidelberg Stahlfolder folder with programmable folding control

Addressing

• (2) Video-jet 7000 mailing base and TLS tabber
• (2) Video-jet Print Mail Wide Array inkjet addressing

Imaging

• Complete computer-to-plate automated imaging using Agfa
• Advantage CLS platesetters driven by PrintExpress
• Optimum speed with multiple plate sizes online
• Max resolution of 2540 dpi and speeds of 220 plates per hour

Packaging-Inserting

• Four Heidelberg NP 632 inserters w/ 20 hoppers each
• Cannon NCL bundle loading systems
• Fully wrapped pallets w/ HK palletizer
• Heidelberg LSS automated storage and retrieval system
